At the 2021 International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC) held in June, \u201cSato no Akebono Genshu\u201d won a gold award and \u201cSato no Akebono Gold\u201d won a bronze award.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1969 and held annually in London, England, IWSC is the world\u2019s premier international liquor competition, where alcoholic beverages from around the world are evaluated by experts. In the 2021 \u201cAsian Spirits\u201d category, consisting of Baiju, Shochu, and Soju, 240 brands were entered into the competition.<\/p>\n

After winning a gold award at the recent \u201c2021 Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition,\u201d \u201cSato no Akebono Genshu\u201d continues its success in becoming a brand well regarded by both domestic and international professionals. All the employees are very pleased that our Amami kokuto shochu was thought of highly during the professional\u2019s evaluation. We continue to strive to make kokuto shochu that will be recognized throughout the world.<\/p>\n
